The acknowledgements of the qualifications for “the enterprise operational headquarter”, and “the Regulations Governing Awards for Newly Emerging, Important and Strategic Industries Belonging to Manufacturing Industries and Technological Service Industries” are under the jurisdictions of Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
(1) The enterprise operational headquarter: certificate issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs is required. Please contact the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs for further information.
(2) The Regulations Governing Awards for Newly Emerging, Important and Strategic Industries Belonging to Manufacturing Industries and Technological Service Industries: refers to those who have obtained the approval letter issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs before the abolishment of the regulations aforementioned (valid until December 31, 2022).
