1.Foreigners who submitted the required documents to apply for resident visa, employment permit, ARC, and re-entry permit and obtained the Employment Pass Cards issued by the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior through application will not need to once again apply for employment permit from the Ministry.
2.If it is within the valid period of said card and the foreigner wishes to change and be employed by another employer or to be employed by another employer at the same time, the new employer shall still submit an application for the employment permit to employ said foreigner from the Ministry.
