1.In accordance with Ministry of Labor per Order Lao-Zhi-Guai-Tzu No. 0950506531 on October 12th, 2006, when legally registered short-term cram schools conduct a “screening and selection process” to recruit foreign language teachers, regardless of whether there are students at the site, the site shall meet the following important conditions:
(1)The owner or the head director of the cram school shall be at the site as the judge.
(2)The site shall have the information and records of the screening and selection judges.
(3)The date, time, and number of positions for screening and selection of foreign teachers shall be clearly stated and screening and selection announcements shall be posted at an obvious location at the screening and selection site.
2.If the short-term cram school arranges a trial period or trial teaching for foreigners or arranges the foreigners to engage in temporary speeches, teaching demonstration, guidance, and other behaviors without having been permitted, because there is the provision of teaching services or the actuality of teaching behavior, this has already violated the provisions of the Employment Service Act.
