Employers employing foreigners to engage in specialized or technical work whose eligibility for application is chef work at catering businesses in A02 Communications and Transportation (Tourist Hotel Industry) or in A15 Other Work Designated as per the Joint Consultation of the Central Governing Authority and the Central Competent Authorities, regardless of whether they are cases of newly-employed or extension, all of them must submit the “Foreign Chef Employment Application ‘Specific Reasons and Positive Benefits’ Supplemental Explanation” and “Employee Name List” needed.
