A: 1) Foreign Employee Qualification: the monthly amount of salary should not be less than NT$ 47,971, and he or she has been awarded with an international award or with more than four years working experience in Foreign Digital Content Industry and acquire the teaching experience in international teaching institutes more than two years.
2) Employer Qualification: The employer should establish a short-term supplementary learning center in accordance with the Supplementary Education Act and have the following qualifications:
A.Corporate juridical person.
B.The short-term supplementary learning center contract with international teaching institutes (the application must be submitted within the period of the contractual cooperation). However, the short-term supplementary learning center has a substantial contribution to cultivate domestic talent, and approved by the Ministry of Labor after the consultation with the competent Central Authorities, it may be exempt from this restriction.
