1. I have questions about using the website. What are the customer service contact details?
For system operation issues related to the online application website, please contact the online system customer service hotline at 0800-881-339, or email ezwp@ezwpmail.wda.gov.tw.
Online system service hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. If customer service staff are unavailable, you may also use the online appointment function and a customer service representative will call you back for assistance.
For application rules regarding different types of work permits, please contact the service hotline at (02) 8995-6000.
2. I forgot my account/password. How can I unlock my account or change my password?
1) Personal account - forgot password:
Click “Forgot Password or Unlock a User Account” below the “Login” button, and verify your identity using the email address originally registered for the account. After you click “Confirm,” the system will verify the information and send a confirmation email to your mailbox. Please wait approximately 3 to 5 minutes. After receiving the verification email, click the link to change your password.
2) Employer/organization account - account unlock:
Click “Modifying Administrator/User Account” below the “Login” button, and select either “Administrator/User - Account Unlock” or “Administrator/User - Account Unlock and Password Reset.” After identity verification using the certificate registered for the account, such as a MOEACA business certificate, GCA government agency certificate, XCA organization certificate, MOICA Citizen Digital Certificate, or National Health Insurance card, you may unlock the account and reset the password.
If you have questions about system operation, please contact the online system customer service hotline at 0800-881-339, or email ezwp@ezwpmail.wda.gov.tw.
3. I want to check my application case, but cannot find the application record.
After a case is created in this system, the maximum retention period is seven days. If the case is not submitted for review within seven days, the system will automatically delete the case data. Please be sure to complete payment of the review fee and submit the case.
4. I want to apply for proof of payment. How should I proceed?
For applications whose review fee was paid by ATM or Taiwan Pay (postal giro payments already have a receipt), after the Ministry has completed review and issued the official notice, the applicant may log in to the account and select “Case Creation and Management >> Case Search >> Search.” In the fourth column after the case serial number, the option “Print Payment Receipt” will appear. Click it to download the proof of payment. If this option does not appear, the reason may be that payment has not been properly completed, or that the case has not yet completed the review and issuance process.
