In accordance with the provisions of the amendments to “Required Documents for Employers Applying to Hire Type A Foreign Worker(s)” per Order Lao-Tung-Fa-Guan-Tzu, No. 10705009021 on February 9, 2018, the texts of those required documents that the employer applying to employ a foreigner submitted which are not in Chinese (e.g. proof of academic credentials or work qualifications, etc.), the translated Chinese version of these all need to be submitted.
