1.2010/08/05：

The Singapore Trade Office (STO) in Taipei and the Taipei Representative Office (TRO) in Singapore issued a joint press release, announcing both sides agreed to launch the feasibility studies for an economic cooperation agreement.

2.2010/12/15：

STO and TRO issued a joint press release, announcing the completion of respective feasibility studies, which concluded that an economic cooperation agreement between the two sides would offer significant mutual benefits. Both sides agreeded to launch official negotiations.

3.2011/05：

The first round of negotiations was launched.

4.2013/05/17：

STO and TRO issued a joint press release, announcing the completion of substantive negotiations of ASETP.
