A work permit is not required if the working periods are less then 30 days; or application for a work permit can be made after 30 days of entry if the working periods are more than 31 days but less than 90 days. Meanwhile, there is no restriction on salary and qualification for sail foreigners. For foreigners with working periods more than 90 days, qualifications for foreigners are required as those for general professional workers.
