The Ministry of Labor will attach a certificate of examination fee with official stamp in the past. Why does the Ministry not attach the certificate anymore?

Started October 1, 2016, employers only have to fill in the related numbers of the examination fee in the application form without submitting the fee receipt. As such, the Ministry will not provide certificate of examination fee ever since.
