Foreigners in any of the following circumstances must wait for three years before employers may apply for work permit to employ them to work within the territory of the Republic of China:
1.Engaging in work without having been permitted.
2.Working for an employer aside from those permitted through application.
3.Engaging in work on his/her own initiative outside those being permitted without having been appointed by the employer.
4.Having been absent from work for three consecutive days and having lost contact.
5.Refusing to undergo health check or submitted fake health examination sample(s).
6.Seriously violating the orders issued in Paragraphs 2 or 3, Article 48, and Article 49 of the Act.
7.Seriously violating applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of China.
8.Refusing to submit any information as required by applicable laws and regulations or submitting false information in violation of the applicable laws and regulations.
