If the applicant entity or applicant person wants to pick up the application in person, those that are submitting the application in person need to fill in the “Declaration Sheet for Pick-up in Person” and head to the counter designated by the Ministry of Labor to apply, or when submitting an application online, fill in the information and print the pick-up receipt, then after approval, they may pick up the documents in person with the receipt (pick-up) slip along with a photocopy of both sides of the ID (passport or ARC) of the pick-up person attached. For those who do not pick up the documents within the specified time period, the Ministry of Labor will mail the documents as registered mail.
