1.Proof of health examination will need to be submitted to employ foreign language teachers for cram schools and foreign professionals engaging in professional knowledge or skills for short-term supplementary learning centers, said proof of health inspection refers to a health examination report signed by a physician issued in the last three months by a qualified medical institution in the country of the foreigner being employed and its Chinese translation, which shall be verified by an overseas ROC representative office, or a health examination report issued in the last three months by a hospital in Taiwan designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
2.In the last three months as referred to previously is the period calculated from the date of issue to the date of receipt of the health examination report.
