A: If foreign special professional applies for employment gold card from the Ministry of the Interior, the working period shall be subject to the validity of the employment gold card issued by the Ministry of the Interior, the maximum period of employment shall be up to 3 years; if employer submits an employment application to the Ministry of Labor, the maximum duration of employment can be up to five years and not be subject to three years limitation prescribed in Article 52 the duration of the Employment Service Act.
