A: Article 6 of the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals states that the relevant administrative mechanism is in accordance with the regulations for foreigners undertaking the jobs specified in Article 46.1.1to 46.1.6 of the Employment Service Act, for example, foreign teachers may not engage in jobs other the jobs specified in the employment permission.
