1.If the foreigner is under the age of 20 and is approved to live with an immediate family member who is registered in the Republic of China, he/her may apply for a work permit in accordance with Article 51 of the Employment Services Act.
2.If the foreigner is above the age of 20, he/her would not be able to apply for work permit based on his/her family relationship. He/her shall follow the rules regarding the employment of foreign professionals in the Employment Services Act and relevant regulations to apply for a work permit.
