A: Applications for a recruitment permit or an extended recruitment permit for employment of Foreign Special Professionals as set out in Article 2.1of “Fee-charging Standards for Application Case Review and License under the Employment Services Act” and Article 3 and 4 of “The Ministry of Labor’s Fee-charging Standards for Approving Applications for Case Review under the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals” that the foreign special professional to apply the employment or extension should be submitting NT$500 dollars per case.
