Can employers waive copies of identification card or passport of the owner, business registration document or license for specially permitted business of the company, turnover sales report and other required documents when applying for foreign professionals (as special and technical workers, director/manager/executive of a business invested in or set up by overseas Chinese or foreigner(s), contract performers) if the employers have submitted the same said documents in the recent year?

1.The Ministry has interfaced data with taxation units, for application cases from September 1st of that year to May 31st of the following year, the submission of turnover sales report may be exempted; however, depending on the circumstances of individual cases, the employer might be asked to submit the document.
2.In addition, in accordance with the application date of the application case and the declaration period of the tax law, the declaration information of the most recent year or of the previous three years should be attached for inspection. After approval, the submission of documents may be exempted for all the cases in that same year.
