A: There are two kinds of application channel. The first one is in accordance with the Article 46.1.6 and Article 48 of the Employment Service Act, employers to apply to the Ministry of Labor for permission to hire foreign professionals engage in artistic work in our country. The other one is for qualified foreign professionals to apply for a work permit to the Ministry of Labor.
