A: Foreign Special Professionals may engage in the work specified in Subparagraphs 1 to 6 of Paragraphs 1 of Article 46 of the Employment Service Act, including specialized or technical work, the Director or Manager of Business Invested by Overseas or Foreigners, Full-time Foreign Teacher in Cram school, sports, arts and the performing arts.
