Subject to the provisions of Article 7 of “Regulations on Work Permits and Administration of Foreign Professionals Engaging in Arts and Performing Arts” when hiring a foreign, and shall prepare the following documents:
1)Application form.
2)Copy of the Foreign Professional passport or ARC.
3)Original receipt for processing fee. ( the above mentioned documents are not required )
4)Relevant certificates of job qualifications listed in the addendum.
5)Other documents required by the Ministry.
6)Documents in foreign languages shall be provided with Chinese translations.
