| Performing and Visual Arts | Must meet one of the following job qualifications:
1. Ten or more years work experience in the artistic field in which the application is made, with creative and outstanding performance.
2. Masters’ degree from a domestic or foreign university, and five years or more work experience in the artistic field in which the application is made, or a PhD from a domestic or foreign university, and three years or more of work experiences in relevant artistic field.
3. Creative and outstanding performance in the artistic field applied for, with a recommendation or certificate from an official institution in one’s country of origin or an institution recognized as internationally important. |
| Publishing | Must meet one of the following job qualifications:
1. Five years or more of work experience in the field of publishing in which the application is made, with examples of creative and outstanding performances.
2. Served as chief editor or senior manager at a major international newspaper, magazine or publishing house.
3. Recipient of an important domestic or international award in the field of literature or comic books.
4. Creative and outstanding performance in the field of publishing, with a recommendation or certificate from an official institution in one’s country of origin or an institution recognized as internationally important. |
| Cinema, Radio, Television and Popular Music | Must meet one of the following job qualifications:
1. Previously nominated for a major award in the field of movies, radio, television, or popular music in the Republic of China, the applicant’s country of origin, or internationally.
2. Served in a middle management position or higher at an international medium-sized or larger entity or institution involved in cinema, radio, television or pop music.
3. Creative and outstanding performance in the fields of cinema, radio, television, or pop music, with related certification. The important awards referenced in paragraph 1 above must have been previously listed by the Ministry of Culture. |
| Handicraft Art | Must meet one of the following job qualifications:
1. Nominated at a nationally or internationally recognized handicraft art related competition.
2. Have taught in the department of handicraft art at an overseas college or university as an assistant professor or higher, or at an equivalent level.
3. Creative and outstanding performance in the field of handicraft art, with a recommendation or certificate from an official institution in one’s country of origin or an institution recognized as internationally important. |
