Original copy of payment receipt can be waived after filling serial numbers of the receipt. However, if necessary, the Ministry of Labor will ask the students to attach the receipt (according to Official Announcement, Serial No. 1110523178, on November 25, 2022, by the Ministry of Labor)

Work permit applications must be approved by the school. Meanwhile, application in written documents accepted by the Ministry of Labor must show stamps of department and person-in-charge of the counselling department of school on the application form.
