After applying to the Ministry of Labor and obtaining a work permit the spouses of foreign special professionals and senior professionals can engage in any category of work.
If other laws stipulate that the work to be undertaken requires a professional qualification certificate or professional registration (such as for doctors), the spouse is required to obtain relevant qualifications in accordance with related laws.
